update

These last few weeks have been some of the toughest weeks of my entire life, yet there have been some highs that are higher that I think I’ve ever been. This past week we did our monthly service project at Polk State Colleges craft fair and as a result of one of our people talking and inviting people to check us out they came to church this past Sunday. Most amazing thing is this isn’t something that the staff did this was one of our people and its really exciting when they start “getting it.” We kicked off small groups this week. We have 3 going; Brad, Mike, and myself are leading them. I had 7 people with 3 more coming this week. Brad had 6 with one more coming. Poor Mike he had 4 but has the most room for growth. The 30th of this month we have another project where we will be handing out candy downtown Winter Haven. Its going to be neat to see some of the same families and for them to see that we do care about the community. Then next few weeks are going to be very interesting and very promising.
